size loss not weight?
So I've not lost anything for a while, and my body fat is 17.6% so I am wondering what I can do to lose size rather than weight? Originally I was looking at 52-55kg as a goal and I am currently 60kg and feel very bulky if that makes sense... what can I do to either drop the last bit of weight or at least the size???

tips for shrinking thighs?
Doing reasonably well with loosing weight and getting fit... but I have no idea what to do about my thighs as they seem to be getting bigger not smaller? does anyone have any eating or exercise tips that will help me to trim down on my thighs??

Over daily sugar?
Hey, I am always over on my daily sugar and I was wondering how I could address this issue? Milk and fruit seem to be the leading culprits...should I change what I am eating or ignore the sugar level as the fructose in fruit should be ok? sorry for the silly question, just confused by this....

Body fat help?
So I am trying to work out my body fat? My digital scales at home say 16.8% and I used an online calculator based on height and measurements and it said 21% I am so confused by this? which is it and why are they different???
