Over daily sugar?

Hey, I am always over on my daily sugar and I was wondering how I could address this issue? Milk and fruit seem to be the leading culprits...should I change what I am eating or ignore the sugar level as the fructose in fruit should be ok?

sorry for the silly question, just confused by this....

For me, it totally depends. I feel like crap when I go over on sugar and it's processed junk food sugar. I tend not to feel so bad if it's fruit. If you are able to get through work outs and your day without hard core sugar crashes, that would be one thing that would tell me it's not that bad.

Also, how far over are you going? If it's not that bad, I wouldn't worry.

I try to replace fruit choices with veggie choices when I can to cut the sugar and I also use almond milk instead of cow milk when I can to cut back on lactose and calories. :)

thanks, its generally just over I just wasn't sure how much I should be paying attention to it if it is because of fruit? (anything from -15 to -50)

I am almost always over on my sugar too..sometimes from fruit sometimes not..and I'm still losing weight. I try not to but I'm going to stop getting into a panic when it happens. I haven't had supper yet tonight and i'm already over 14 on sugar because my baker son made coffee cake this am and I "treated" myself to 3/4 of a piece. That right there took care of my sugar for the day!
