hey, been on here a few weeks now but haven't really had the courage to use the message boards or connect with people, so here goes... My name is Sarah, when I started loosing 3 years ago I weighed 76kg, today I weigh 60kg and the goal is 52-55kg, I have a fairly slight build and am 170cm tall.... So I'm here trying my hardest to make myself the person I want to be; I want to be a happy healthy and confident person! The main reason for using MFP is to keep myself honest and so I can see what is really happening, with; food, exercise, sizes and weight!
