Logging cals burned for 30 day shred?
I am going to begin Jillian Michaels 30 day shred tomorrow morning. I could not find it listed under any exercise category. How are people determining the calories burned? (And I know I should invest in a HRM but I unfortunately cannot afford it right now)

Eating a lot yet lost a lot, hard to wrap my mind around it
I exercise very hard 5 days a week and my calorie burn is usually over 1000. Today it is 1300. My basic calorie goal is 1210, add the 1300 and you get 2500 as the goal for the day.
