So I've come to a realization!
On days that I work out, I eat well. On days that I don't work out....Well... I tend to go to my local store, pick up a tub of cookie dough, and eat it. I'm doing the couch to 5k program right now, and I'm just wondering, from someone with experience, what's the best work out to do on the off days? Should I lift weights,…

Lifting!
Okay, y'all have convinced me I need to lift Problems: The biggest weight I have in my house is 15 pounds. (I'm assuming those aren't the types of weights you're referring to...) I don't have a gym membership, for lack of cash right now. (I'll get one, shhhh.) But anyway. What are the best types of weights for beginners?…

"Shut the f**k up!"
I was talking to a friend of mine (Okay, **** buddy. Judge me if you must.) and he said to me "You know, I love your body. You're not skinny, and that's hot as hell." It left me sitting there thinking to myself at first "Um, wat." and then "Shut the f**k up!" Have you guys ever had moments like that? Where someone says…

Green smoothies.
I've read many things online with people who swear up and down that they are the best things that have ever happened to them. They get in their veggies, and it tastes like fruit! But I don't know, so I'm bringing it to you guys. Yay or nay? Do you like them? Do you hate them? Is it easier to just eat a salad? Do you use…

Ughhhh.
I hate when my family members go shopping. Ice cream, dark chocolate, twizzlers, candy bars.. Sabotage much? :grumble:

What's your response when you get dumped?
Just to have a little fun! The one I used most recently was "Oh. Ow. Okay." Triple O's count for something, right!? Bonus cool points!? No? Okay. But what's YOUR response when you get dumped?

30 day shred (#2)
Welp. I'm on day 8 of the 30 day shred. Or, I'm about to be. But level one has gotten easy. SO. My question. Should I move on to level two and do 12 days, or just scrap that idea and do it the way it was meant to be done? I don't want to be doing this exercise if it's so easy, is my only thing. Has anyone done anything…

"Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaammmmnnn"
That's what I said when I found out how many calories are in my chocolate chocolate chip muffins. Surely there aren't REALLY 900 calories in that batter I ate?

Keeping motivated!
Fifteen pounds down, ten to go! How do I make sure that I don't say "That's close enough" when I hit 135 or so?

Lemon water detox?
Has anyone done it? Were you successful, or not? Did you lose weight and then gain it all back? If you haven't done it, would you?

When to say "Screw it!"
Is there a point where you give up on eating healthy for the day? Like you've gone SO FAR out of your calorie range that's it's like honestly, you might as well not even try to skip that last meal because you're already so far gone? I've had waffles, a chicken breast, about 10 cookies, half a bag of chips, and a few pieces…

Lost ten pounds and don't see a difference?
While it is getting noticed by some other people, I have yet to see a difference in the way I look, even though I'm only 15 pounds away from my first goal. Is this normal?

How do I count a spoonful?
When I get hungry and it's not even near meal time, I usually have a spoonful of something. (Pudding, peanut better, sometimes a handful of chocolate chips.) This usually satisfies my cravings for a few hours, but I do realize that these calories can add up. Obviously I only usually do this maybe twice a day (usually once…

COUNTING GUM
To do or not to do? The 5 calories I chew a piece seem kinda trivial, but I wanted someone else's opinion.

Chewing your food more?
I read on multiple sites that chewing your food more helps you lose weight because your body has longer to realize that it's full. I've tried it on about 3 meals now, and each time I ended up with the same result-I did stop eating faster, but from feeling like puking, not being full! Is this typical? (No, I cannot be sick…

Question!
If I'm eating the amount of calories I should be, but working off between 500-900 calories (Also, eating to the point where I'm full) should I be concerned if MFP says I'm below my calorie levels? If so, why?

Counting fruits and veggies.
Do you guys count fruits and veggiess when logging in your calories?? I haven't been, but myfitnesspal has also been throwing a little bit of a fit with me. >LOL< For the past few days I've been left with about 900 calories uneaten at the end of the day.
