30 day shred (#2)

Welp.
I'm on day 8 of the 30 day shred. Or, I'm about to be.
But level one has gotten easy. SO. My question. Should I move on to level two and do 12 days, or just scrap that idea and do it the way it was meant to be done? I don't want to be doing this exercise if it's so easy, is my only thing. Has anyone done anything like this? Will I get lesser results if I skip the last two days, or will I get better results?
(Sorry, I'm clueless.)

I just joined MFP and saw this and wanted to ask, are you guys really doing 30 day shred every day? Wow, I started this back in October tried every day, did most days.. but not everyday. I am going to get back to it soon. I can't do all the exercises in level 2 never got to lev 3!! I am hoping this will motivate me to join this group! Thanks, KIM0

What size weights are you using? You could up the weights.0

I started Level 2 today. I like it better than Level 1. So far I haven't seen any results, but I got to day 8 and took a few days off because I was doing a lot of other exercises.
Has anyone seen any results in the stomach area?0 -

I never did it daily bc I personally got bored. I included it with other training I was doing.
Also, to the OP, since I wasn't following it as a 30 day program, I did whatever level I felt comfortable at or felt like doing so glad to hear you went ahead and tried it, but yeah, if it ever gets easy, up the weights a bit if you can0 -
To OP, you can. When I did the 30DS back in August, I got a nasty stomach flu and had one day of really long work hours so I missed a few days.
Here is my progress back then - from D1 to D24:
Here is my progress right now - from D1 to D8 (sorry for the messy mirror - that's what you get for living with 3 boys!)

Do whatever keeps you motivated. Jillian isn't going to show up and yell at you.
If you are bored, try level 2. If you just think level 1 is easy, get heavier hand weights.
I've seen some folks that just mix up all three levels and do them whenever because they find that more stimulating than doing the same moves everyday.0
