If I'm eating the amount of calories I should be, but working off between 500-900 calories (Also, eating to the point where I'm full) should I be concerned if MFP says I'm below my calorie levels? If so, why?

Honestly, I will not eat if I'm not hungry. My body knows better than an estimated number on a website. If your hungry then eat, if your not, then don't worry about it. :)

Are you sure that you are exercising off 500 to 900 calories a day? That is a lot of effort. I don't know what your weight is, but for example, a 150 lb person would have to run for an hour at 5 mph to burn off 542 calories or run for an hour at 8 mph to burn off 918 calories.

Anyway, use your weight loss as a guide. If you are losing well in excess of a couple of pounds a week, then you might want to eat more, or back off on the exercise. Most medical professionals suggest a healthy weight loss is under the two pounds/week mark.

    Just my 2 cents.

I exercise for about 3 hours a day. I literally do nothing the rest of the time, as I'm in school and the rest of the time is spent on the computer doing work.
