Feeling sick to my stomach
Ive noticed the last few days ive noticed im getting a very quesy stomach, but not just like im sick but it almost burns a little and feels like im overly hungry however im not undereating, and certainly shouldnt be hungry enough to get sick. Anyone else experiance this? (im defintley not pregnant)

I go to the gym and a run however im not seeing any results from it anymore and ive heard that i need to "change it up" so i bought a video called cardio max with the biggest loser and another toning video that follows. anyone tried it? what sort of results did you get?

So i was wondering, i ate 1400 calories today which is how much i need exactly however i did eat a serving of wheat thins and some dry cereal...do you stll see success when you eat like that? ive heard that not all foods are the same:) thanks
