What in the world?
So because of Excercise, I have like 700 extra calories to eat, about 1050 left for the day-however, I have only 8 grams of fat left- Does anyone else battle this? Lots of calories left to eat, but not much fat? Or does no one else count fat grams along w/ calories?

Now I'm really confused. Any ideas?
I just calculated my BMR, in order to stay alive, basically, I need 1740 calories. So how come I am supposed to eat 1680?? That's only a 60 calorie deficit per day, no wonder I'm not losing!!! GAINED FIVE lbs this week-

Finally Broke My Plateau!!!
After over FOUR months at yo-yo-ing at the same weight (give or take four lbs), I finally broke my plateau!! I'm even in a new "decade"...Woo Hoo!! What broke it for me was this new 'program'.- MFP!! Evening Eating-
I'm realizing my biggest downfall is evening time- DH & I come home and veg out in front of the TV after a long hard day and honestly the thought of doing ANYTHING just makes me tired... yet...this is where I eat a lot too. According to the elliptical trainer I was on this morning, I burned 300 calories. According to this site, I entered the excercise and the time and it came up with 469 calories. So which is right? How much water do you drink?
I've heard in the past that drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces is great for weight loss ( I heard this through Weight Watchers) I tried it and it really did make a big difference. Now actually getting back into that habit is a whole 'nother battle! So how much do you drink?
