I've recently upped my calories and I've gained all the wieght I lost at 1200 calories a day. (5 pounds) I shoot for around 1400 a day now and I exercise 3 to 5 times a week. Adding Calories Advice?
I'm going to start adding more calories to my diet. I just don't feel well at 1200 calories a day and exercising. I've also gotten more intense about exercising more often. I'm going to increase my minimum daily intake up to 1400 calories a day. Any advice? I'm trying to keep my macros at 40% carbs and 30% fats and protein.
