NSV My old jeans and lifting!

I haven't lost any of the weight that I've wanted to. Currently I'm doing EM2LM. Right now I'm just eating at maintance to help my metabolism reset after years of straving myself. However, I've been weight lifting hard 3 times a week for the last 3 weeks. You know what I've noticed? My thighs have completely changed in shape! They're much straighter, and my saddle bags have disappeared. I put on a pair of jean today that I only wore when I weighed 25 pounds less! Yet I've maintained the same weight. So yeah me! A positive reenforcement to keep lifting!

    Woo hoo! Great job. I just started lifting 3 weeks ago and your results are inspiring. I have 2 more pounds that I'd like to lose, but how my clothes fit and body fat percentage are so much more important to me now. Awesome NSV!
