Adding Calories Advice?

I'm going to start adding more calories to my diet. I just don't feel well at 1200 calories a day and exercising. I've also gotten more intense about exercising more often. I'm going to increase my minimum daily intake up to 1400 calories a day. Any advice? I'm trying to keep my macros at 40% carbs and 30% fats and protein.

My advice is do it! I feel awful too if I eat that little. Much much better if I eat more and exercise some.0

Upping my cals from 1200 was the best thing I ever did. If you want some guidance to help fine tune where to put your settings, have a look at this thread: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12
I've been following it for awhile now, and I'm well fueled for my workouts, and the fat is coming off!0
