How many pounds did you have to lose before people started noticing your weight loss? I'm only 9.6 lbs (lol, .6) down so far so I don't expect it at this point but I've got close to 100 to lose so I'm looking forward to the day when someone notices!

Do you track *all* exercise?
I'm curious... I am taking the (AWESOME) advice of a MFP member who suggested fitting in squats/pushups while on work washroom breaks.
