Has anyone used a diet patch? I am thinking of trying one for a month and see how it goes but I'd like to know if anyone else has or knows anyone else who has and if they actually worked for them.

Zumba for Wii
I have the Zumba Fit for Wii but not a heart monitor. Does anyone know approximately the number of calories burned with the beginner classes? That's where I am right now. I've been using the Wii Fit totals but after reading the calories some others are burning I'm not sure its right.

Getting frustrated!!!!!!
Ok, I have been watching my calories and exercising faithfully since May and have only lost 5 pounds. UGH, what is the problem here?? I feel like I am working so hard but not getting any results. :cry:

Exercise?
I have 5 different Leslie Sansone power walking videos ranging from 2 miles to 5 miles. Should I be working out every day or every other day? Or maybe like 2 days in a row, then skip a day or does it matter?

Changing up exercise?
I know that your body gets used to the same exercises but what if you do the same but more? I love Leslie Sansone's power walking videos and I start at 2 miles at the beginning of the week and end with 5. Is that enough of a change up or do I need to do something else as well?

Exercise schedule
I have made an exercise schedule where I walk 2 miles on Tuesday, 3 miles on Wednesday, Boot camp on Thursday, 4 miles on Friday and 5 miles on Saturday taking Sunday and Monday off. Should I be exercising every other day instead or does it matter?

Doing it wrong???
I just read a forum about what people are losing and I must be doing something wrong because I'm not really losing every week. I think I'm losing inches but not weight. Maybe I shouldnt eat back my exercise calories?? Any other suggestions?

Belly flab
I have belly flab left over from when I had children. I did lose some significant weight since then but it seems like my flab never goes away. I still have about 60 pounds to go to reach my goal. My belly flab can be lost, right? Or toned up or whatever? This isnt something where surgery like a tummy tuck is needed, is it??

I have to admit that I do not like to cook. I will look for every excuse not to. However, I now am motivated to eat more healthily and cook more healthy foods for my family. Plateau??
I seem to have reached a plateau I guess.....not really losing and not seeing the measurements going down either. I have my calories set at 1500....does that seem like too much? I do work out as well. Do I just need to wait a little longer? I get discouraged so easily when I don't see any results. UGH
