Exercise?

I have 5 different Leslie Sansone power walking videos ranging from 2 miles to 5 miles. Should I be working out every day or every other day? Or maybe like 2 days in a row, then skip a day or does it matter?

    It's all up to you. I would say with those movies you could probably do it every day without problems, though I've never seen them myself.

    well how much do you want to lose a week? I personally think you should move everyday. if you are just strting out do 4 days a week and another day the next. When i start i did something every day. if you need a break from the cardio do strength training on the off days.

    I've done her tapes before - they are very low impact and you could probably do them everyday. If you have knee problems, take a day off.

    For me, I've found that I need to keep my body guessing. The only things that are set in stone are that I do Jillian Michael's 30 day shred 5 to 6 times per week (but I change up when I do them) and yogalities every Wednesday night. I try to change up my exercise. I do the Couch to 5K program and the elliptical.

    Leslie's tapes are great because she also does upper body work. Once you start getting comfortable with the walking, take a walk outside or try a little jog. Keep that body of yours guessing! Ruts are not fun and can lead to plateaus!
