I seem to have reached a plateau I guess.....not really losing and not seeing the measurements going down either. I have my calories set at 1500....does that seem like too much? I do work out as well. Do I just need to wait a little longer? I get discouraged so easily when I don't see any results. UGH

How much weight have you lost so far? Sometimes after an initial loss of weight or a big loss, your body will plateau and play catch up with the changes or progress you have made already. After I lost my first 30 pounds, I plateaued for 3 weeks and then I finally started dropping again. Your calories seem to be ok as mine are set at 1450 and sometimes higher, I also exercise almost everyday for 30 minutes as well. Not to worry, just give your body time to play catch up and keep doing what your doing and the scale will start moving again for ya. Good luck!

How long have you been at this "plateau?" You might want to change it up a little, maybe go to 1400, maybe change the exercise a little, buy upping the time and calorie burn. I don't think it's anything to worry about, just keep pushing the water and watching your salt intake.
