Exercise schedule

I have made an exercise schedule where I walk 2 miles on Tuesday, 3 miles on Wednesday, Boot camp on Thursday, 4 miles on Friday and 5 miles on Saturday taking Sunday and Monday off. Should I be exercising every other day instead or does it matter?

    That looks pretty good, you might replace one day of the walking with another day of strength training though, so you at least do strength training twice a week........just a thought but any exercise is good exercise.
