Doing it wrong???

I just read a forum about what people are losing and I must be doing something wrong because I'm not really losing every week. I think I'm losing inches but not weight. Maybe I shouldnt eat back my exercise calories?? Any other suggestions?

    You should definately eat back yoru calories. It never hurts to switch things up. I do it all the time.. Get a measuring tape and start measuring. On those days when the scale wont budge, usually you will see differences in measuring!
    Also, check your sodium and see if thats been high, you could be retaining.
