No where near target calories and stuffed...
So I'm no where near where I'm supposed to be at calorie wise. I often find I meet my macros with still a good 200-300 calories to go. Today I'm feeling very full and am over 500 calories away. Do you guys have any advice what I could eat to balance out my macros (I often go above carbs/protein) and hit my caloric goal…

Mum thinks I'm eating too much...
I've barely eaten today and I'm too tired to do any exercise. I wanted to get up to at least my BMR but my mum keeps telling me I'm eating too much and it's triggering my eating disorder. Before I tried recovering I didn't eat for 13 days. What do I do???

Did Insanity for 3 days, now my HR has gone down???
So I stopped insanity after 3 days because I just am not fit enough yet for it. Since then I have exercised by walking really fast etc and I struggle to even get my HR above 130....before now it would have easily been 160 or so!! What's happened? I'm concerned I'm not burning off as many calories...

So I have a BodyMedia, a Polar FT4 HRM and now I'm just missing a good pedometer to check my distance. Does anyone know a good, accurate distance measuring pedometer? I've looked at the fitbug, fitbit and omron walking 3 but I can't decide and I don't know if there are any that are better?
