We've left out stuff to thaw and leftovers in the kitchen all the time whilst I was growing up. I've had food poisoning once, and that was actually because my cat had it and cross contamination somewhere. The turkey will be fine. Cook it well as usual...no problems.

I am having skimmed milk atm so I might opt for full fat and get some almonds in. I also use olive oil... I'm struggling to keep a good macro balance and hit my target. I usually go way above my macros before I hit my caloric target. Now changed my macros to 40/40/20 so we will see... Thanks for all the help!

I would exercise as much as you want, just make sure you're netting what you need to net, calorie-wise! If you like to exercise, the more power to you.

Definitely try TDEE method. Go to http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/ I would use at least moderate if not very active for you. You should eat 1892. TDEE should cover your exercise calories so eating 1892 would be your net automatically. Don't pay attention to what the net says on here because like I said, your TDEE is covering exercise calories already. Increase your calories again. You're not taking enough in. For lazy days where I do nothing but sit on my *kitten* I average at 1400. For my workout days I average around about 2000-2100 Is it possible you are just bloated right now? Measurements taken yourself aren't always accurate. Post the photos on here and let us see?
