30 day shred?

how do i log in the 30 day shred?
i just did my first work out on the 30 day shred, and i dont have a hrm, so now i have no idea how many calories ive burned and idk how to log it into mfp... help D:

not sure how to burn lots of calories...?
i never can burn lots of calories like i see most people on here doing. i see people easily burn 600-800 calories a day, and i just ran/walked 2.13 miles on the treadmill and only burned 200 calories and it kicked my *kitten*. :( i am having trouble getting a work out in every day, so im thinking maybe its like that…

not doing too good

is it bad to consume lower than your 1200 limit?
i just read something that someone said about you have to eat your calorie goal or you wont lose weight... and i stay below it every day whether its 14 under, 500 under, 200 under or what ever....

ok so this morning i ate a bowl of oatmeal... and before i went to exercise i made a bowl of left over spaghetti, and ate a couple bites then threw it out.. i went and worked out and now im back to 1193 calories left.. im not hungry, and its not just the fact that im not hungry but i feel like i will throw up if i eat…

i cut out anything to drink but water. ive been eating up greek yogurt and tuna wraps and salads and staying away from french fries and burgers and for the most part trying to watch my portion sizes... but i could use a lot more advice and tips on eating healthy so feel free to be a health nut for a moment and tell me…
