any advice and tips on eating?

i cut out anything to drink but water. ive been eating up greek yogurt and tuna wraps and salads and staying away from french fries and burgers and for the most part trying to watch my portion sizes... but i could use a lot more advice and tips on eating healthy so feel free to be a health nut for a moment and tell me things you know or have heard or what you suggest? please and thank you :)
