take the pictures! You don't have to post them but when you get results you will sure be glad you did! I'm glad I did!!

I agree, take pictures. I only took a very few shots with my phone on my first day. I so wish I had taken time to take better before pictures!

back when i was trying to lose weight i did take pictures in my sports bra or bathing suit... but i was scared someone would find them. and now its even worse because my boyfriend could easily come across them on my computer and phone ....
