I do P90X 6 days per week in my living room. (I'm currently on week 5). On days that I do P90X strength, I will walk/run on my treadmill, too. I started off with just a minute or two at a time, but now I'm doing up to 40 minutes running without stopping. I always take a day between runs, which works with P90X. Thursday are my off days, usually.

I have a rough itinery but I try to mix it up a bit. This week I did:

    Tuesday: Spinning, C25K
    Wednedsay: Bodypump
    Thursday: C25K
Friday: Trained my arms with my Personal Trainer
    Sunday: 2 mile outdoor run

At the minute I am training for some running events so have to fit in 3 runs a week, so have to fit that in among my classes and weight session.

I do a mix of cardio, strength training & yoga. For the strength training, I like to hit all muscle groups with my heaviest weights twice a week. Depending on the amount of time I have, I might do uppers one day & lower the next. I try to fit in a 25-30 minute Hiit cardio workout twice a week, and 1 hour of yoga and/or fun outside exercise day like snowshoeing or biking, weather permitting. I also fit in little yoga breaks into my day. I don't go to a gym, but use exercise videos.
For me, I easily get bored, so I vary what I do, and it's also good for the body to shake things up & offer new challenges.
    Best wishes,
    Joan

I am a big believer in finding the type of workout you enjoy so you stick with it. For me, that is group fitness. In a class I am able to push myself harder and work through those moments when you are so tired you just want to quit. If I were to just use the treadmill or elliptical I probably wouldn't last long and I definitely wouldn't be in the best shape of my life! I generally workout 5-6 days a week aiming for 2-3 days of strength work.

Here is what I did last week:
Sat: BodyCombat, Yoga, full body weights
Sun: CX Worx (core class), step class
    Mon: BodyPump, step class
    Tues: step class
Wed: worked with trainer, focused on lower body; yoga
Thurs: Bootcamp (cycled through - pullups, pistol squat, burpees, dips, broad jump with 8 reps each as many sets as possible)
    Fri: BodyCombat
Sat: step class, yoga, full body weights

Based off of how I felt I should have taken a break on Friday, this was a bit too much without a rest. Lately I have been taking too many step classes so I plan on decreasing that and maybe adding in another bootcamp or strength day.

I'm sure a lot here would say that I do WAY too much cardio but that is what inspires me to get to the gym and get moving because I love it.

Weights at home with the Nike Training Club app (it's free) three days a week, and running 3-5 miles three days a week.
