Adidas Micoach - any experiences?
My birthday is coming up, and I've put a new HRM/training tool on my wishlist. Looking into both a couple of the mid-range Polar HRMs and Adidas Micoach. I've found lots of Polar fans here on MFP, but does anyone have experience with Micoach? Thanks in advance!

Raspberry protein pancakes. Yummy!
Normally, I cook protein pancakes (cottage cheese, rolled oats and egg whites) for breakfast on Saturdays. But today, I had run out of cottage cheese. How to log this workout?
I'm having trouble finding out how to log one of my workouts. I went to a 30 minute core strength class today. That's 30 minutes of pretty intense abs and back work. But I can't seem to find anything in the database for such a workout. Am I blind? Any suggestions?
