Raspberry protein pancakes. Yummy!
Normally, I cook protein pancakes (cottage cheese, rolled oats and egg whites) for breakfast on Saturdays. But today, I had run out of cottage cheese.
So as an experiment, I substituted cottage cheese for some raspberry flavored milk I had in the fridge. And the pancakes turned out great! Had to use a little more oats than usual, but they held together nicely and tasted of delicious raspberries.
Recipe:
1.5 cups of rolled oats
1 cup raspberry flavored milk
3 egg whites
All blended together and cooked as regular pancakes. The whole batch came out at just over 300 cals. And I have a feeling I'll be full for hours!

where do you find the raspberry flavored milk?0

Well, I live in Norway, and it's available in all the shops here. (It's called Biola, by the way.) But it's really just semi-skim milk with raspberry flavor added to it; I'm sure you can find something like it where you are.0
