hey guys, today I started doing Jillian Michaels: banish fat boost metabolism. Has anyone had any success doing it so far? How many days a week should I do it? On day 7 of the 30 day shred aswell. which is the most effective would you say? Just want to lose the weight as quick as possible!

gym everyday? rest days?
Is it bad to go to the gym everyday? Recently joined the gym and for the past week I've worked out for an hour and burned roughly 500 calories and then I swim for an hour. Is it bad to continue to do this everyday? How important are rest days? Interested in knowing what you guys do :)

should I spend £55 a month for gym membership with access to a swimming pool? or should i buy a treadmill and have constant access to a workout so i have no excuses not to excercise? what do you guys think I should do? Been doing Jillian Michaels, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism for the past 3 days and I'm really enjoying it! 6ft and over weight loss goals?
I'm a 6ft girl and BMI calculators seem to say 140lb is healthy for us. I can't imagine being that slim would look healthy! I'm currently aiming to get to 170! what are you all aiming for? :)

Should I eat more or less than my BMR?
My BMR is 1730 but I've been eating 1500 calories each day. I burn about 500 calories a day. My weightloss is really starting to slow down now. Should I start eating my BMR in calories, or continue with 1500 and do more intense excercise?

1500 a day too much or too little?
I'm eating 1500 calories a day and burning about 400 a day, I've lost 16lb so far, but now I've stopped losing weight, I've even put on a pound this week! WHY?! do I need to start changing it up? any advice would be massively appreciated!

Motivation please :(
I have my final 10lb to lose and it's just taking me forever. It's taking all I have to not give up. I just need a boost to help me through this plateau stage because right now I just want to eat Chinese and cry. TALL GIRLS + BMI STRESS
First time posting on here, so it may have been posted a billion times before but I thought I'd throw it out there anyway. As a 6ft girl, BMI calculators are always telling me I'm overweight.
