Holy moly, 1800 calories isn't much.
For some reason today the 1600-1800 calories i eat each day seems to be very little. I miss the days of not counting calories, but not as much as I like feeling stronger and healthier. weight loss after a workout and how much comes back?
Went to gym today, did a 20 min run and a 45 minute spin class. Weighed myself before leaving locker room was 218.6, after all exercising done, was 216.6, thats two pounds, about 1 kg, so if my basic chemistry is right, 1 kg is equal to 1 litre of water (by definition). What have you guys seen?

40% protein 30/30 macro split?
Hi, I am doing pretty well at maintaining what I set-out to do, a 40% protein 30C:30F macro split. Is this too high in protein, and slip it down to a 30% protein; 40% carbs; 30% fat I am shooting for 1 g per pound of body weight. Goal is to lose 20-30 pounds. I am male; 45 yo.

I have to go to a party tomorrow night
I will be going to a party tomorrow night and the menu (buffet sytle) has ALL MY FAVOURITES: sliders; wings; fries; etc. Essentially, crap. I am about half way through the weight loss part of my journey.. What type of approach do you guys take when you know you'll be swimming in every weakness you have?
