Holy moly, 1800 calories isn't much.

For some reason today the 1600-1800 calories i eat each day seems to be very little. I miss the days of not counting calories, but not as much as I like feeling stronger and healthier.
Preplanning my sushi dinner out tonight and it would be very easy to smash down 1000 calories or more in one sitting.
I'm committed to hitting 200 pounds by june.

You being male should really stay at a min of 1800 calories a day.
