Went to gym today, did a 20 min run and a 45 minute spin class.
Weighed myself before leaving locker room was 218.6, after all exercising done, was 216.6, thats two pounds, about 1 kg, so if my basic chemistry is right, 1 kg is equal to 1 litre of water (by definition).
What have you guys seen?

That will all come back by the end of the day. The true weight loss, if there is one, can be seen better the next day when you wake up. I must admit, I like to weigh after a workout sometimes because it's fun to see a large drop. It gives me a goal to strive for:)0

No help about what percentage of the weight you leave at the gym is actual fat loss, but I also enjoy weighing before and after to see how much water weight I've sweated out. I weigh with my sweaty clothes still on, though. I think it would be odd to get naked just to step on the scale before and after. I may never find out.0
