GYM??? OR NOT???
I don't go to the Gym and only workout at Home or when it is nice i will walk 2-4 miles at the Park...Is it okay not to go to the Gym and just do my own exercises at home? I found fitness videos that I workout too and do my regular walking...is there other recommended things to do? Thanks!! Feel free to ADD ME :)

I usually do my exercises in the house and sometimes I wear shoes sometimes I don't....Does it really matter?

What exercise is good to keep your top and bottom?
HAHA I know sQuats are good but what about keeping your top? I have been walking 2 miles and recently started getting into kickboxing...is there any good tips or secrets out there? :)

When is a Good Time to work out???
I walked 2 Miles and Danced around the House for about 30 minutes yesterday.....after I ate my Lunch......I felt woozy and hot when I got out of the shower....I never felt that way before I don't know if I worked out to much or was it because I worked out after I ate my Lunch? Any suggestions on what it could have been?

WALKING?? Exercise Questions
I walk about 30-45 Minutes a day and 20 Squats....What else can I do? I Love walking and would rather just walk for now....I downloaded a pedometer and it helps track my steps....Kind of cool so I know how many Miles I walk a day :) Feel Free to ADD Me...Love NEW Friends!!!
