5 x 5 Workout Routines
Hi out there. Anyone have any routines using the 5 x 5 method ? I started weight lifting again and am doing an all around routine but some people said the 5 x 5 is all I need. Name of exercise and what weights to put on for each set etc. Thanks in advance!

Haven't lifted for a long time. Would like a little advice
Hi. I know this subject has probably come up before a million times but I was wondering. I used to lift years ago. To start again, should I do 3 sets of 8-12 reps. (depending on the exercise of course) right off the bat with lighter weights or should I only do 1 set. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

Why can't I only eat what I'm supposed to even if there is more of it. My wife cooks way to much and I can't control that. (I've tried to no avail.) I can only control me!
