Hi everyone. I'm Kevin and I just quit WW today. I just can't get into their new plan. It is a very healthy way to eat but mentally I can't be that perfect. So I'm trying this. I've been losing, gaining for years now and have lost succesfully with the old WW plan. I'm in the gain cycle now and need to lose or risk health problems. Lot's of stress in my life right now but have to do it. So, I plan on being around for a while and hopefully can do this with the calories. Thanks for reading!!
