5 x 5 Workout Routines

Hi out there. Anyone have any routines using the 5 x 5 method ? I started weight lifting again and am doing an all around routine but some people said the 5 x 5 is all I need. Name of exercise and what weights to put on for each set etc. Thanks in advance!

True, same basic concept. MadCow5x5 isn't exactly 5x5 either but the basic concept is there.0
