Hi. I've been just hanging around and not really sticking to any particular diet. So here I am and starting something now as I have to lose some serious weight or keep gaining. I can't breath right at night and a host of other things. So hello and here goes. Thanks!

    I've been trying to lose weight off an on for 7 years. Feeling strong with the willpower sobim running with it! This app is awesome!

    Not really a diet, just reduce calories and add some exercise if you like. You will likely need to put aside the calorie dense foods too.
