Question about dinner...
What do you do when its 3:30 and you only have like 200 calories left for the day?? I'm on homework crunch and don't really have time to workout today (maybe tomorrow night) Do I eat a normal dinner and take the hit? or do I keep to 200 - 300 cals max and suck it up?
