NSV - finally got out of my funk!

This might be old hat for most of you, but it is a great step forward for me:)

So bascially since christmas I haven't been doing great, I gained some weight, I hadn't been exercising at all... But these last few days I've been getting back into the swing of things, and that is the hardest part!

Sooo, heres what I've been doing for my 'beginner work out' i.e. going from doing nothing to doing something

- 2-3 days a week using the couch 2 5K app
- after the c25k I'm doing 10 crunches, 10 push ups, 10 squats repeated 3 times

and then I'm doing 2 days/week of hot yoga!

I've also gone a few days with out any junk at allll

Oouu and I splurged got a fitbit! - which hasn't come yet, but I'm excited!

I'm on a roll :)
