I think you have 2 options - step away for a bit even a couple weeks or until you get to your second trimester. Or increase your calories even more maybe to 2500 because I don't think you should be losing weight at this point. Good luck and stay in touch with your doctor! P.S. Can you tell us your height? I am 5'6' and 158 and I eat about 1400. I think it wouldn't hurt to start out a bit higher maybe 1500-1600 and see if you lose weight doing that.
