I just bought the Firm Express... apparently I'm going to lose 15 pounds in 30 days if I follow the 20 minutes a day, for 3 day regime. I plan on doing it for 20 minutes every single day of the week to lose more.

Would exercising at night help me lose more weight?
When I first started my diet, I had no other time than to exercise at night. That's when I lost my ten pounds. But now that I'm exercising in the morning (and eating back the calories obviously) the rest of the day, is it playing a part on why I'm not losing the weight anymore?

I *WAS* eating under 1000 a day before but you people told me that was bad... so I'm trying to think of things to eat that will help me get over even 1000...
