My goal is to lose 60 pounds before July. Please let me know if my goal is too high.
Also, how could I make this goal happen lol. What excersizes.

I think it depends on how committed you are to it. It sounds like it's on the high side, but people on here have lost similar amounts in similar time. But they were 100% committed and never took their eyes off their goal I'm confident if you have the same level of enthusiasm they do, you can do it!!0

It's doable, that's about 2-2.5 pounds a week.0

It's do-able. My best friend has lost a good amount of weight since june and she is almost at her goal weight. She wanted to lose about 40-50 lbs. She's been exercising every day and is a vegan, and now (since she is almost at her goal weight), she is training for a marathon Good luck!0

That gives me hope0

I've lost 30 pounds in just a little less than three months, so I'd say 60 pounds in seven months is absolutely do-able! Stick with it and don't give up and I know you can do this! I wish you lots of luck!0

Yes, it's possible but don't get stressed out over starting to eat healthier. Just stay on track, one meal at a time, one day at a time. Measure/weigh everything you put in your mouth, accurately and record it faithfully.
Give yourself a long-term target date for that 60 lb. goal but make it a one year goal. You will not lose the same amount of weight every single week. Your body will take time to adjust now and then. Just stick with the program that works just for you. As the weight starts to drop remarkably, your energy level will rise and you'll be more active. When you're more active, it jacks up your metabolism and you burn calories while you sleep. You're very young so that's going to help you a lot in succeeding.
If you stop weighing/measuring/recording your food/fluid intake, I guarantee you'll end up right back to where you were when you started only you'll have much more unhealthy fat to lose. That may continue for many years. Take it from an old yo-yo dieter who's been in that same predicament for far more years than I care to count.
I now realize that I must keep recording, weighing & measuring everything that goes in my mouth for the rest of my life~~~to keep me on track and stay healthy.
We're all here for you. You WILL be successful if you stay with the program.

It's very doable but don't get discouraged and it will be more about your nutrition than exercise. Exercise alone won't make you lose weight it will be about the food you eat and how much of it. It's great you want to lose that much weight but let me give you a suggestion. To lose that much you're either going to have to drastically cut back on your food intake or burn a lot of calories exercising to make up for the food deficit. A better alternative would be to start gradually by cutting back 500-750 calories rather than cutting back 1000+.
Some great advice I read on another forum was to eat like you usually would for a 2-3 days and then add up the calories for those days and divide by the number of days to get your average then from there subtract 500-750. That way you won't feel like you're starving. So say you eat 2500 calories one day and 1800 the next. 4300/2 = 2150 and then subtract 500 from that and you have 1650. If you cut back gradually it won't seem like such an arduous journey. Wish you all the best.0
