Which cardio is best?
I was wondering if doing a class like BodyAttack is as effective as regular cardio like running/cycling?

Hi everyone, I was just wondering what everyone's advice is on cardio and the amount to do. I workout 6x a week. I love BodyAttack class but the max I burn from that is around 340 cals. (I know they say on average in these classes you burn 4-600, but I'm 5ft5 and 126pounds so burn less!) I never feel this is enough though…

On days off from exercise..
How much less should you eat on the days you don't exercise? My net goal is 1400 but I take wednesdays off from exercising. Should I still aim for 1400 but just different food groups eg less carbs/fats?

Negative red numbers
So today it says I have "left" -555% Vitamin A and -158% Vitamin C.. I know if you track online you can change the settings so you can track each meal (meal 1 2 3 etc) but is there a way you can do this on the iphone app instead of just breakfast lunch dinner snacks? How do you work out what the right macros are for you? Mine are set to 55 carb 30fat 15protein but feel thats too many carbs for my fitness goals. is there a way I can edit the settings with the iphone app or just online?

Incline walking? Say an incline of 15 at 7.5mph. I know it burns a lot of calories but do you get the same weight loss effects as running from it?
