I try to eat healthy and low calories during breakfast and lunch. Is it ok to eat high calories dinner such as fried chicken, fried rice and dumpling... but I don't exceed my daily calories limit?

So, I eat more than my daily calories (1200) today. Can I workout tomorrow to burn the extra calories and only eat 1200 cal? 1200 is my daily calories goal without adding the extra calories burned during workout.

I have HRM that using touch sensor. According to the manual given, I need to take a pause while working out to take the reading. If my workout is walking, do I need to take a pause during my walk or I can measure the heart rate while walking?

Not losing weight, gaining instead... help?
Hi.. I'm frustrated that I am not losing weight. I am always under or right on my allowed calories (1200). I do cardio work out 45-60 minutes 4-5 times a week. No weight lifting. Last week I weight 120lbs and now i'm 124lbs. I don't understand where I do wrong. Should I work harder? anyone please help me!!
