Thanks! I always have doubts on this. Sometimes I have dinner with my family or friends so dinner usually is high in calories but I always keep my calories under my goal.

Weight fluctuation is very common. Don't worry about it. I posted the same question in mfp forum when I was just started using mfp. My weight fluctuate from 1-4 lbs. Its just water weight. It will go away in 1-2 days. If you had done some weight lifting, it could be the muscles weight that you gain.

You over worked your knee. Even though now your knee feels better the next day, the impact that you give to your knee each time you do the exercise will gradually cause your knee injury. Don't quit your exercise but do it in lower intensity such as less impact to the knees. Do see a doctor for advice on your knee condition.

If it hasn't fully healed yet, you shouldn't do any activity that will hurt it some more. The more you push it the more damage you will do to your sprain ankle. you should really consult your doctor before doing any exercises.

If you can't use your knee to exercise, you can try the bed cardio workout. Not every cardio needs to use legs. You can try 'upper body cardio workout in bed' by Laurel house. I had tried this before when I had knee pain too. If you search in youtube I'm sure there will be more similar videos posted. Get well soon :smile:

My boyfriend prefer long black hair (or medium brown). I did the bob cut rihanna style (the asymmetrical bob cut) and dyed it red once...my boyfriend did not say anything bad about it (that time). Maybe he saw me excited flaunting my new hair. LOL. but years after, he admit that he likes me in natural straight long hair.

GYM is not a place to judge what other people do or look like. Its a place for you to ignore people around you and work out like you don't care. Unless you pay for their membership. If you are so sensitive about others then you are not suitable to work out in gym.

I did some cardio and yogalates everyday before and I can see my toned abs in the mirror after 1 month but when I stop working out for a week (eat a lot too) my abs is like a muffin.
