Looking for Healthy Eggplant Recipes
I bought an eggplant and really want to use in a different way than the typical way I make it, Eggplant Parmesan. Once I had a Middle Eastern style, with raisins and onions and peppers, but no idea how it was prepared. Anyone have any great recipes to share???

After 10 lbs, MFP resets the calories lower???
After I've lost the first 10 lbs, MFP asked to reset my calories. Originally, it was 1350, and I eat that plus I eat back exercise calories I earn for the day. Now, its set at 1280. Hello! I'm new to this site and plan to do Zumba at least 4xs a week, and discovered this site. Even though I've only been here for a few days, counting calories is something I never did, which is why I prob never lost the weight.
