Quick question..
I eat about 1800 calories a day and work out 4 or 5 days a week at the gym for roughly an hour. I walk on the treadmill, use the stationary bike, and the elliptical. My weight has not budged though. I weigh 155 lbs and am trying to lose about 15 lbs. Any ideas as to why im not losing any?

So I've noticed now that I'm trying to watch my carbs, i keep falling under my calories by a good chunk. Another NSV!
So today after my shower I noticed 2 things. 1) the celulite on my legs is almost gone completely! 2) My legs have gotten noticeabley slimmer and stronger. YES! I am very happy about that. Carbs
I am ALWAYS over on my carbs everyday. But i feel like if I dont eat carbs, i dont feel full. I can eat tons of fruit and veggies and meat, but that doesnt keep me full for very long. Having surgery next week.
So, i'm having surgery next week to fix my deviated septum. My question is should I continue eating at a defecit or eat at maintenance? I cant exercise and i've heard its a miserable recovery. If you were in my position, what would you do?

To eat organic or not?
Ok guys and girls, I need opinions here. Ive been looking into eating more organically. I know its a little pricey, and it wont make me lose weight any faster. But it is healthier. I dont get it..
I dont get how some people can go all day without snacking and only eat like 1200 calories, but Im always hungry and find it hard to even stay under my 1600 calories. I wish I just wasnt so hungry and then maybe I wouldnt snack so much..:grumble:

Want to start running
So, I want to start running. I know its winter and cold and icky outside, but I have a gym membership and was going to start running on either the track or treadmill. Should I NET 1500? or Eat 1500 and then not eat my exercise calories back? Im also unsure if I'm eating too little calories. I am 5'7" and weigh 149lbs. I try and work out 5 or 6 times a week for 30 mins. I would like to lose about a half pound to a pound a week. Any advice would be great. :)

too many calories?
I eat about 1900 calories a day and burn about 300 calories. My MFP is set at a daily goal of 1400 calories and then I get 300 more from exercising. That comes to 1700 and I usually eat even more than that. Is that bad? I have been eating a lot of healthy foods though.
