Need advice

Ok, so I'm worried that the amount of calories that Im eating wont help me lose weight. I am 5'7" and weigh 150 lbs. I would like to weigh 135 lbs. I eat about 1900 calories a day and thats with working out for 30 minutes 6 days a week. Is this bad? Im just always hungry and its hard to eat less than that. I have started switching over to fruits and veggies as snacks though.

Are you making sure that you get enough protein in your diet? cause that makes you feel really full!0

Give up processed foods (this will cut your calories so you can eat more). Drink lots of water. Add some lean meats and eggs for more protein. Nuts for snacks. Almonds are very good.. I personally never drink sodas of any kind and have a cheat meal once a month. Eating clean is the key. This is a lifestyle change, not a diet. Good luck.0

it must be the kind of calories you are consuming, I am 5'6 and eat 1300-1400 calories a day, at a good weight. start checking out other people's diary and see how much sugar, fat, carbs , ect...make what you eat count!0
