So I just purchased Slim in 6. Has anyone tried it? What do you think of it? Does it really work?

    I purchased it two years ago and i've never fully completed it.
    I did the start it up dvd for a week and did see some good results.
    Im planning on restarting it this week :)

    I have it and I really liked it! It wasn't too hard on my back. I did get stronger and lost a little bit of weight. I'm doing P90X now and Ab Ripper X hurts my lower back too much so I substitute Slim & Six Pack... it doesn't hurt my back as much. I'm hoping to work up to Ab Ripper.

    I've done it. I liked it. I never followed it to the "T"... this was about 7 years ago.

    Try it! It gets kind of repetative and easy though... she gets freakin' annoying too! lol

    Hi id like to know as well as just ordered but not sure if it would help me as im a staggering 217lbs. Would love to hear about people who have done it close to that weight range an if it worked i dont always come bk to a post so if you could just message me that would be very appreciated thanks x
