Alcohol
that is what I find hardest to give up. I could eat healthy all day & then have a couple of drinks with the hubby at night -- to relax. Those calories add up so quickly. Anyone else have this as a challenge?

1st success step
I tried on some jeans today and they were a size 12. I have been in a 14 - 16 over the past year or 2. I am kicking butt. I am thankful for Jeggings this year - I will get more wear out of those. I don't want to spend money on jeans if I won't get much use out of them. ( very excited bek !!! )

I am pretty jazzed to say that I an not devouring everything on my plate anymore. I have learned to stop when I am no longer hungry. what a novel concept. (sarcasm) wooooo, this hot mom is getting hotter! ;)

LOVE - pounds are dropping!

according to my food diary: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/bekdavis I have maxxed out my Fiber for the day. I didn't think too much fiber was an issue? It this a bad thing if i go over on my fiber?
