Soon to be 44 in March. I'm at 396 lbs. I was 402.2 at the doctors the other day with clothes and shoes etc.i like to say 396 since it keeps me under 400!

I'm 43 years old and weigh 378 lbs. I'm obviously not a health food nut but how can I force myself to eat better? I don't think drastic changes will be a good thing. Need some guidance on this eating better thing!

FOODS ON THE GO?
Can anyone give me some suggestions on foods I should eat while at work? I driive a bus for 8.5 hours a day from 6:00-2:30 M-F. I don't have much time to stop for a real meal but someone told me to eat something every 2-3 hours to keep metabolism going. I obviously don't get much exercise all day. Is there any suggestions…
