Day after STEAK

split diet personalities!
I am good at a 1200 calorie diet at minimum 4 days out of the week, and working out 3-4. Other couple days I'm eating junkfood and sitting on the couch. I become rebellious and then snap back into it really quickly. Am I going crazy??!! Does it all balance out, or is this a yoyo diet.
